WARRANTY: Brennan’s Irish Gifts warrants their products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. In the event of such a defect, the product will be replaced or repaired at our option. This warranty only applies to products used for their original intent. This warranty does not cover and is void on any product that in our opinion has been improperly used, abused, or altered in any manner. We assume no liability with respect to use of listed products. This warranty does not cover consequential damages, incidental damages or expenses, or injury to person's and/or properties.
RETURNS: All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must in re-sellable condition and is subject to a 15% restocking fee (except for in-warranty defective materials and product shipped in error at the origination). Merchandise must have a return authorization. An authorization may be obtained by E-mailing info@brennansirishgifts.com or calling our customer service at 201-436-7467. Please provide sales order number from the packing list along with the quantities and part numbers of any materials to be returned. We will reply with a return authorization number and instructions. Merchandise must be sent back freight prepaid.
